From the South (Greenfield area)
Take 91 North to Exit 28 B for Bernardston MA.
Bare right off of the exit and follow route 10 for 1 mile.
Turn right at stop sign.
Follow Route 5 for approximately 5 miles crossing into Vermont.
Gaines Farm is on the right side.
